Why I Do What I Do

After 38 years of entrepreneurship, I’ve learned that there’s no one “right” way to build a business.
I’ve tried things that worked, things that didn’t, changed directions, learned new tools, and had to figure out what made sense for the season of business I was in.
That’s a big part of how I coach today.
I don’t believe you need another long list of things you should be doing. I believe you need someone to help you look at your business, simplify what feels complicated, and figure out what makes sense for you.
